Hanze University of Applied Sciences
One of the few universities of applied sciences where students from different disciplines can specialise in renewable energy, Hanze University of Applied Sciences (Hanze UAS) leads in applied research in the field of new energy. Students can collaborate with researchers and companies who develop solutions for a variety of energy issues. Researchers, students (PhD and Master) and companies work together on energy innovations at the Energy Transition Centre (EnTranCe), our energy testing ground on campus.
Hanze UAS Energy Routes
The energy routes consist of a combination of courses from different disciplines. In addition, students can attend Energy Learning Activities planned by EAE, such as lectures, master classes and excursions. Upon completion of the energy track and 10 Energy Learning Activities, students can acquire the Energy Academy Europe Certificate.
Students can choose separate energy minors during their study programme in addition to their main subject.
Energy Transition Community
Companies and researchers work together with students on challenging projects at EnTranCe.
There are many options to choose if you want to do your internship in the field of energy.
Following a bachelor degree, students can proceed to a traineeship and/or one of the two European Masters of Sciences offered at Hanze UAS.
