In total the subsidies will contain 410.000 euro, the province explained ‘’In order to stimulate the energy transition we need growth of knowledge and practical knowledge. Needed for buildings in order to make them energy efficient, especially in the earthquake area. These subsidies contribute to this goal’’, as said by deputy energy transition Nienke Homan of the province of Groningen.
All three projects will receive a part of the subsidy, dived as followed:
– Energysense 135.000 euro
– T-shaped education 200.000 euro
– I study energy 75.000 euro
The subsidy arises from the Green Deal of North Netherlands and the state. Herein funds are available in order to stimulate projects in education, innovation and research of the Energy Academy Europe and Energy College.
